GEDA USA change of ownership

We wanted to inform you of a positive and exciting change that recently occurred at GEDA USA. As of June 2, 2021, GEDA USA is now a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of GEDA GmbH, under the direction of Mr. Johann Sailer (CEO and shareholder of GEDA GmbH). Herb Calles has left both as a shareholder and as General Manager of GEDA USA.

After 13 years of a shared partnership, we felt the time was right to assume a more hands on approach in guiding GEDA USA’s future growth, as well as aligning it with the parent company’s global vision for GEDA. This acquisition will strengthen GEDA USA in the North American Market through the sharing of resources at the parent company and streamlining the communication channels. The collaboration of GEDA GmbH and its subsidiary will be expanded, so GEDA USA is able to provide improved customer service and support.

The day-to-day operations of GEDA USA will remain the same and there will be no impact or changes to existing contracts and agreements. We appreciate your business, which is why we wanted to give you this quick update. We look forward to continuing our relationship and will keep you abreast of further improvements and developments.
